Scorpion Tattoo

Scorpion Tattoo
Here we have an image of a scorpion tattoo. The small creature with the big sting. This is a pretty big tattoo on a guys back and that means it was probably put there to show people that this guy may be small or seem peaceful but he wants to let people know he can handle himself and that there could be an awful wrath coming to those who decide to ignore that and press him too hard. In essence it is a warning to leave him alone. Some people will get that warning and some will not, but in either case, the way life works, sooner or later this guy will probably have to prove that he can indeed deliver a big sting, so to speak.

I like scorpion tattoos but I think the solid black ones, unlike this one, look the most realistic. But don’t get me wrong. The artwork on this one is done very well and the execution of that artwork is done well too. It is simply the coloring that doesn’t really work for me but that is all a personal choice and as long as it works for the man who is wearing it, then it is perfect.

Scorpion Tattoo
Now we have a pretty cool looking scorpion tattoo. Cool looking except for the red eyes. That is just a little too over the top, I think. Especially if you want to stay looking realistic. The rest of the scorpion is drawn well and detailed nicely and then you see the red eyes and it looks rather cartoon-ish. It just does. Sorry about that. But I don’t think there is such a thing as a scorpion with red eyes and that just makes it look a little corny to be perfectly honest.

Typically a scorpion tattoo will have a meaning of being small, insignificant and hardly noticeable with a big bite. In other words a small, quite person with a terrible temper would best be left alone by all. You always take that chance when you mess with a smaller person. You just never know when they might have reached a point of no return and you might be waking up the scorpion in them. And as a result that scorpion might sting you. That’s really just one meaning behind the scorpion tattoo, but don’t say you weren’t warned.
