The pheasant (sometimes called a ruffed grouse) is a large colorful bird, noted for its long tail feathers. Here we see a guy with two tattoos of the more-brightly-colored-male phesants on either side of his upper back. The birds are inked in green, blue and purple colors. Between them is a Chinese kanji characters, apparently this is a mirror image of the tattoo as the characters are reversed.
